What you will love about this home
With Colorado's unpredictable (and awesome :) weather, the backyard is the place to be! Hanging on the deck with a margarita or cold craft beer...that's where you can usually find us Summer and Fall (and sometimes even Winter).
The inside is cozy and there's lots of great space to just kick back. The Master Bedroom is big and has a cool zen area for your yoga practice or reading pleasure. There are two office/desk setups for a quiet place to retreat to, or browse the web and plan your next day in Denver.
If you want to explore the beautiful front range or take day trips to some of the pretty reservoirs, we have two inflatable SUP boards you’re free to try out, and a mountain bike.

What you will love about this neighborhood
Our home is located in Englewood, Colorado, considered to be in the 'Denver Metro Area'. We’re far enough from the city to enjoy some relief from traffic, and close enough to still engage with all the fun.
While I wouldn’t say there are walk-to-town vibes, there are a handful of walk-able spots (within 15 minutes) - most notably, Western Sky Bar, an awesome bar with beer and wine on tap (and dog friendly!), a gym (Chuze Fitness), a grocery (Sprouts), and a few others. Ubers or a rental car would be required for everything else.
Some lovely nearby neighborhoods are the South Pearl St / Platt Park area, about 4 miles / 12 minutes by car. Lots of great restaurants, coffee shops, yoga studio, and boutiques. South Broadway (SoBo) is also a quick drive; 6 miles / 16 minutes gets you to lots of hip hangouts like Punchbowl Social, Fat Sully’s, and Voodoo Doughnuts.
Also! Public transportation (the RTD light rail) is a popular commute and is good to take downtown if you'd like to avoid traffic / parking or just want to have some extra beers. The nearest station is 2 miles from the house.
Other distances to mention (by car):
25 minutes to Red Rocks Amphitheater
20 minutes to Coors Field / Downtown Denver / Highlands / RiNo / LoDo
*this can change with rush hour or events, sometimes taking double the amount of time
34 minutes to beautiful hikes in the foothills of Evergreen
42 minutes to Boulder
1 hour, 40 minutes to Breckenridge
We take day trips all the time mainly because the view is typically nice anywhere you head west so the 1-2 hours seems nice. Doing things on weekdays is best, when possible. Fun places get crowded - this is both for skiing and hiking / winter and summer fun.
