Our cozy, open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area is flooded with natural light and boasts stunning views of the ski hill. After a thrilling day on the slopes at Fernie Alpine Resort, gather around the natural stone gas fireplace or unwind in the outdoor hot tub on the lower level.
The master bedroom features a king bed, while the second bedroom offers a double bed with a single bunk overhead – perfect for families or groups. The third optional bedroom is the family room on the lower level. The couch pulls out to a large double bed, and there is a full ensuite bathroom.
Outdoor enthusiasts will love the location – biking, hiking, and fishing are practically at your doorstep, and the ski hill is just a 6-minute drive away. Plus, shops and restaurants are within walking distance for added convenience.
Inside, the family room is set up for relaxation, with a 42" LCD TV (including cable and Netflix), WiFi, and plenty of board games for family fun.

Ski with the EPIC pass at Fernie Alpine Resort ( check with resort before booking to confirm regarding blackout dates). Summer bookings with GP will have a $100 cleaning fee due upon arrival in cash or etransfer.
We are flexible throughout the summer for guests wanting to using GP points. We prefer summer dates to be a minimum of 7 days (may be able to accommodate less so feel free to inquire with your dates).
Winter dates can be accommodated for either weekends (GP points) or possible weeks if you have a warm destination to do a swap. Ideally the swap would be during Christmas or March for you to ski/snowboard and for us to hit the beach. Kirk is an avid windsurfer- so if you have a warm windy spot to swap, that would be great!
