What you will love about this home

Our house is comfortable and bright. On the 1st level, you will find a kitchen, a living/dining room, a TV lounge (the master suite is not currently accessible). On the second floor, are available: 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with walk-in shower and 1 bathroom. The view of more than 180° on the Luberon and the Alpilles is magnificent in all seasons, the sunsets are a delight! The one-hectare land is mainly planted with oaks. There are several terraces for relaxation around the pool (4X12, secured by shutter). The majority of plants in the garden do not require watering, but some planters and pots will need your care in the summer. Our 4 cats are rather independent but some enjoy cuddling. They do not sleep in the house but are allowed to enter unless it disturbs you.
The village is lovely to visit, with its restored old windmill and medieval remains. There are all the necessary shops, cafes, all types of restaurants, a post office, a tourist office, a medical center, a pharmacy, an oil mill.... Weekly market on Tuesday morning and farmers' market on Friday evening in the summer season. The library/media library is very pleasant, as is the municipal swimming pool. There is a children's playground, tennis courts and a very recent pump track. Many well-marked hiking trails are nearby. All the typical villages of the Luberon are less than 30 minutes away by car, Apt (very popular market on Saturday mornings, cathedral and its crypt, pretty shops, museum) 15', Isle-sur-Sorgue, (very pretty little town with its paddle wheels and its "antique village"), Avignon, Mont-Ventoux and the Alpilles (St Rémy and Les Baux-de-Provence) 40/60 minutes, the Verdon gorges, Carpentras, Aix and Arles 60/70 minutes away. Marseille and its creeks, the Verdon gorges or the Camargue less than 2 hours away...

The Provençal market on Tuesday morning and the small producers' market on Friday evening (in summer), the media library, summer activities
