What you will love about this home

Our spacious family home has a fully equipped kitchen, conservatory style dining room stocked with lots of games. The lounge has a cozy fire to unwind in front of after you’ve explored all that Cornwall has to offer. The TV is hooked up to Netflix and Amazon and there is an Xbox that you're welcome to use as well.

Upstairs there are two kids bedrooms. The master bedroom leads into a large en suite with power shower and bath in addition to the family bathroom.

We recently had our garden re-landscaped. Although only a small garden, there is plenty of space to dine outside under the jasmine, maybe fire up the pizza oven or cozy up around the gas fire pit with a blanket and watch the stars.
We have no doubt you will find our home the perfect base to explore Cornwall.

What you will love about this neighborhood

Grampound Road is a small village with a welcoming community feel. At the heart of the village is the cricket club. Its clubhouse also acts as the local pub and serves great food and local ales. Just a few paces from our door is the village shop which is well stocked with local gossip as well as essential supplies! It is truly an ideal location to explore central Cornwall as you can enjoy the slower pace of village life but easily access the county's major towns like Newquay, Truro & St Austell all of which are less than 13 miles away.
A must visit is the Eden Project which features in Lonely Planet’s Ultimate Travel List.

Additional information

If you are considering experiencing city as well as rural life, Newquay airport provides regular flights to and from London as well as other major Uk cities.
There is a bus stop just a few paces from our home but we think it’s best to have a car to be able to discover all of Cornwall gems
