What you will love about this home

Our stunning Oceanfront condo is located in an exclusive gated community on tropical Sentosa island, around 7km from the Singapore CBD, and easily accessible by road. Our condo development has 24 hour concierge service, and is far more spectacular than most five star hotel resorts. All three of our bedrooms are beautifully maintained. The master looks over the marina where the ‘Crazy Rich Asians’ like to park their super yachts and the back rooms all face out to the swimming pools and the ocean just behind. Our condo is fully air conditioned, although we rarely use it, as we mostly get a lovely sea breeze through the house. Our apartment can be accessed from the ground floor pool area, but also by our own private internal elevator from the underground car park.
Our condo development has three tropical swimming pools, a fully equipped gym, poolside barbecues, sauna, and a kid’s outdoor playground. We never feel the need to go to 5 star hotels, as we have much nicer facilities here! Our condo is next door to the W hotel which has many dining options, and hosts groovy weekend pool parties with a DJ. We are also just a 5-minute stroll to the beautiful restaurant and bar area of Quayside isle. On the other side of Sentosa island, which is a scenic and flat 15-minute bike ride away (or short taxi or bus ride if preferred) is the resort side of Sentosa.Just a few of the attractions include Universal studios, a huge water park, zip line, luge, bungee jumping, an aquarium, wave house and so
much more. We also regularly love to frequent the many cool beach clubs on the island. The majority have a swimming pool for guests, so you can keep cool whilst sipping your Singapore sling. Our favourite beach club is Tanjong Beach club. It is the first one when ride your bikes through the gates from the South cove, in to the resort side. They also give a 15% discount for residents, so be sure to show them the Sentosa cards that we will leave with you. A number of the other bars and restaurants of Sentosa also give resident discounts, so it is always good to ask.
There is so much to do for families and singles alike, that you may not want to venture further afield. If you do though,Vivo city, one of Singapore's largest shopping malls is a seven minute bus ride away from the entrance plaza. Vivo also hosts
Harbourfront MRT station which connects you easily to the rest of Singapore. Sentosa is
approximately 7km from Clarke Quay, 8km from Orchard rd, and 7.5km to Marina Bay sands, so nowhere is too far away.

We also have a 40ft motor cruiser which we keep moored in a marina berth just below our apartment. It has two double bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen/dining area as well as upper and lower deck entertaining spaces. We do not let this separately, but occasionally allow our guests to use it for day trips to surrounding islands. The boat captain would be paid directly by the guests.
Shops and Restaurants
We have two supermarkets in the Cove. Cold storage (the biggest) is located at the arrival
plaza, next to 7/11. The arrival plaza also contains our favourite little bar, which is called eM bar. It has a kid’s playground right next door, so is perfect for kids and adults alike. The views over the marina are lovely from there, and they have decent food as well as drinks. Happy hour is every day from 5-8 which is important to know as alcohol can be expensive in Singapore.
There is also a cute floating bar just out the front of the yacht club, called Boaters bar. There is also a Jason's supermarket which is located behind the Quayside Isle restaurants. It has lovely gourmet cheeses, fish, fresh baked breads and lots more. All bars, restaurants and grocery stores in Sentosa Cove are a short walk, or an even quicker bike ride away from our home, so no need to drive anywhere.
We do not own a car, as it is so easy to get around the island by bike or electric scooter. Public transport is excellent if you want to go further afield, and taxis are very cheap and plentiful..
We have two stand up paddle boards which is lots of fun to explore the waterways. We leave them on our boat. Getting out on the water is a great way to sneak a peek at some spectacular homes along the waterways, some of which were featured in the film Crazy Rich Asians.

Island trips
The two islands you can see closest to us and just to the right are Lazarus and St John’s
islands. They can both be accessed by a ferry or charter boat
from Sentosa yacht club, which you can see opposite our back bedrooms. Both have lovely white sandy beaches, and clear water.
Looking further in to the distance, and more to the left, you can see the Indonesian island of
Batam, and next to that, Bintan. Both islands are around a 60-minute ferry trip from Harbourfront (Vivo) or Tanah Merah (International Boat Terminal), so please double check
which port the ferry company departs from. Both are well worth a day trip as they are very
easy to get to, but don’t forget your passports!
