- A very nice terrasse in summer or spring to enjoy Barbecue, french Aperitif with Languedoc wines and appetizers from the market
- A modern, bright, clean and tidy house with everything for a family and also for the people who love to cook
- a swimming pool 7mx3m to refresh
- A very complete homebook (in english also). We have done our best to give you our best local tips (swimming places, attractions, restaurants, our favorite hikes, sport spots,good local tips ..)

A garden of 500m² all around the house. 2 Hammocks to relax under the shade of an apricot tree and a cherry tree.

Kitchen is well equiped (Sophie loves cooking. She can also provide you some local recipes ;-) )
