What you will love about this home
The 2.5 rooms apartement of my mother is situated in the small village of Fanas in Graubünden at an altitude 905 mtr., close to the little cable car of Fanas, wich can bring you high up to the mountain Sassauna for a hiking trip or Paragliding. A 10 Minutes drive brings you to a little Skiresort Grüsch-Danusa or a 30-45 minute drive to the big ski resort of Kloster or Davos. In the summertime you are near to a Bikeway through all of Prättigau.
A few minutes' drive away from Fanas are the Grüsch-Danusa ski region and Prättigau cycle route.
The apartement has on sleeping room (2 persons) a living room with extra bed, a kitchen with eating corner, a bathroom as well as a washing machine /tumbler. You are free to use the terrace to eat outside.
The simple rooms are decorated in a country house style and ensure that sports enthusiasts, families, people seeking relaxation, nostalgics and those missing home all feel at ease. With local grocery store.

The Prättigau Valley, in the canton of Graubünden (Grisons), Switzerland, is home to the world famous ski resorts of Klosters and neighbouring Davos in the Landwasser Valley. At its heart is the Landquart river. The valley extends upwards from Landquart, a key transport terminal just north of Chur, the capital of Grisons. It is a popular tourist destination for winter and summer activities, including downhill and cross country skiing, tobogganing and hiking. Traditionally, towns in the Prättigau were reliant on the lumber industry, although the income from tourism has largely replaced that.
