What you will love about this home

We live in a spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home less than fifteen minutes from RSW Airport. Downstairs is the master bedroom/bathroom and a kid’s room with two toddler beds. The upstairs has a bedroom and an office. The guest room has a queen bed. We also have a queen size air mattress and a twin size foam mattress available for guest use, if needed.

When you walk up the stairs, you will be greeted with lots of natural sunlight and an open floor plan. This is where you will find the primary living room, a small dining area, and the kitchen. Directly outside the dining area is a deck with an outdoor dinner table that seats up to six. Walk down the stairs to find a spacious patio with plenty of comfortable seating and a large fenced-in back yard.

We love to decorate for the winter holidays, so expect lots of lights and decorations if you are staying in December!

As Airbnb hosts for several years, we are very comfortable sharing our home with fellow travelers, and we have been very successful at creating a great experience for all who stay in our home. We know that we can do the same through Home Exchange. We only hope you will feel comfortable enough to enjoy our home as much as we do.

What you will love about this neighborhood

Our home is in a safe and quiet family community. We are surrounded by empty lots and lots of natural privacy in the back yard. There is a public pool just two blocks away. We are in a great, central location. RSW Airport is less than fifteen minutes away, while there are a number of beautiful beaches and shopping centers all within a thirty-minute drive.

Additional information

This is our primary residence, so it has everything you might need for a comfortable stay that feels like home. It is a great central location, close to lots of beaches, state parks, and Sanibel & Captiva Islands. Lots of windows and an open floor plan makes for lots of sunlight. With a fully equipped kitchen and a grill, this makes for a great home exchange for a small family.
