What you will love about this home
We have a small modern home ideal for a couple. It is a two bedroom home however only one bedroom with a double bed is available for guests.
The house is in a quiet cul-de-sac on Napier Hill ( known as Bluff Hill). It has secure off-road parking.
It has a comfortable living area with large TV and wood-burner fire. The kitchen is modern with all appliances needed for cooking. We have no dish washer. The enclosed garden and lawn area are an excellent place for relaxing. We have a deck area which has a table and chairs and with a BBQ/grill available.
Napier is an Art-Deco city with many interesting attractions. It has numerous restaurants, cafes and the wineries, orchards, cycle trails and beaches are all easily accessible.

What you will love about this neighborhood
Our home is about five minutes drive or ten/fifteen minutes walk into the city. There are many restaurants and cafes there. There is an attractive walk along the sea front ( Marine Parade). It would also take only about five minutes to drive down to the fishing port (Inner Harbour) area which has a number of pleasant cafes and restaurants with inside/outside dining. This is quite popular. There is a seaside area between the fishing port and the main port which also has many restaurants and cafes. Around our immediate neighbourhood (that is close to the house) there are no restaurants or cafes ... but the above mentioned places are not far away and are very pleasant. There is a dairy (shop), a Fish+Chip shop and a hairdresser about five minutes walk away from the house. The activities, culture and sports activities listed below are all within ten minutes drive from the house.
