What you will love about this home
The frontview of our house is monumental, built in 1958 under supervision of a local architect.
If you are engaged with architecture you will love the look and feel.
It is compact though spacious and very light with big windows front and backside.
We have a private garden directed south equipped to enjoy shadow as well.
Many improvements have been done to keep the house in its original look as well as making it up to the actual sustainability standards. Cosy, warm and very comfortable.
A well equipped kitchen, large basement, luxurious bathroom, 3 bedrooms; in short, more than enough space for a family up to 5 people.
The city centre is around the corner, though the area is just a little bit more quiet.

What you will love about this neighborhood
Roermond is the city of Pierre Cuypers, architect amongst others of the Rijksmuseum and Central Station in Amsterdam.
His house of birth is in our district, the Cuypershuis-museum.
We are located right in the middle of Eindhoven, Maastricht and Düsseldorf (all 3 airports).
Between rivers Maas en Roer this location is surrounded by water and famous for its watersport options at Maasplassen lake (as well as from Solar, a dance-music festival in August)
Design shopping centre Mc Arthur Glenn outlet is within walking reach.
National Parks Meinweg, Maasduinen and Mergelland are at 10 to 30minutes drive for a great short or long track hike.
The train station is at 7 minutes walking distance, with direct lines to Eindhoven (30 minutes) and Amsterdam (capital; 2 hours).
Thorn: 'The littlest white town' (15 minutes drive).
Maastricht: During a day in Maastricht you will discover that Maastricht has a rich architectural heritage dating back to Roman times, and you will find beautiful examples of different architectural styles (30 minutes by train; 45 minutes drive).
Zuid Limburg: Walking and cycling through South Limburg. The unique landscape makes South Limburg the most striking part of the Netherlands. Praised for its green rolling hills, vast plateaus, typical half-timbered farms, the flowering orchards, ditches and sunken roads. Popular for its savoir vivre full of culture, traditions and love for local delicacies (45 minutes drive).
Amsterdam (capital): Discover the charm of Amsterdam: historic streets, beautiful canals and vibrant culture. Enjoy museums, cozy terraces and rich history (2 hours bij train).
