What you will love about this home
Our house is located in a village called Boncelles. Boncelles is in the suburbs of Liège, one of the best places to live around Liège.
The place is super calm. There is not a lot of traffic as there are a lot of speed bumps in the street. The road leads to the woods on one side (300 meters) and to the shopping area on the other side (2km).
Our home was built in 1978 but was completely renovated it in 2008. The house has only one level, which is 215 square meters is total.
There are 3 rooms, one bathroom (with shower, bath and toilet), one other toilet, a library, a big living and dining room, a big kitchen and a veranda (in which there is a space for the kids' games). There is also a storeroom next to the kitchen and a garage for one car. The master bedroom has a king size bed (180x200), the child bedrooms have double beds (140x200). We also have a flat TV in the master bedroom.
One of our sofas can also be converted to a double bed (140x200).
The main living room has a flat tv. We have a netflix subscription which you can feel free to use!
There is also a nice inset fireplace in the living room.
There is garden furniture (tables & chairs + a hamac and an umbrella). We have a gas barbecue too. The kids usually love the garden with the swings and the slide.
Parking is not a problem, we have a big garage driveway ;-)
We have 2 cats (Lola & Loki), they need to be fed from time to time! The are allowed in the house when we are there (in the living room and garage, not in the bedrooms), but the rest of the time they are in the garden or in the garage (there is a cat flap in the garage).

What you will love about this neighborhood
It is a quiet neighborhood. The center of Boncelles is 2 minutes away by car. In the center of Boncelles, there are plenty of restaurants, a big shopping area, a bowling, a disco, a 18 hole golf course and plenty of other activities.
The woods start at the end of the garden, but we recommend to walk about 300 meters to get through a main entrance with nice paths.
