What you will love about this home
Feel at home in our beautiful rural home (built 2006). It is comfortable, bright and spacious (over 200m2) On the ground floor is a large (double) garage with a car, bikes and other vehicles (for children!) which you can use of course. Further there's a heated hobbyroom, a cellar and a laundry with washing-machine and tumbler.
On the first floor there is a open plan kitchen/dining room area with adjoining living room with a brandnew flatscreen TV, Wii and PS4pro.
It's a modern kitchen with oven, microwave and steamer and a dishwasher !
Next to the kitchen is a playing-room (with lots of toys) and a small bathroom (toilet). From the kitchen you get directly onto our terrace or our garden. We have a trampoline, a table tennis and a swimmingpool. In summer we spend most time outside, an ideal place for relaxing...
On the second floor you will find 2 lovely children rooms, a small room with an infrared cabine, the parents room with a change room, from which you can reach the huge bathroom with shower and the gorgeous whirlpool tub.
We love our house very much and we hope you will too!
Especially for children it will be a paradise, because our two boys love to play and have a lot of toys! :-) And you are warmest welcome to play with them too!

What you will love about this neighborhood
We live in a small village, called Kaltbrunn. From our home you have a view of the mountains and the Linth-Ebene (Plain with the river "Linth" which joins the Walensee to the lake of Zurich). The people from our neighbourhood are very kind, helpful and we all know each other. In two minutes you can reach the bus-stop by foot.
Our house is ideally located as a touring base: Zurich is about 45 minutes from Kaltbrunn by car or by train. In the surrounding mountains you'll find a lot of opportunities for hiking, walking (or find geocaches...we love it!) and winter sports. As Switzerland is so small you can get just about anywhere quite fast. Rapperswil is the next small town with a nice oldtown, a castle, a zoo for children and wonderful view of the lake of Zurich. Next to Rapperswil is the Alpamare, the biggest covered waterpark in Europe. Very close there's also a golf course or a leisure park (Atzmännig). In winter several skiing ressorts are easily reached by car within 30 mins
In summer our area is ideal for outdoor sports like cycling, rollerblading as it's flat between the two lakes "Walensee" and Lake of Zurich and offers lots of rural roads with hardly no traffic. If you like watersports...have a swim in the Walensee or in the Lake of Zurich.
If you are interested in culture: Zurich, Lucerne or St.Gallen are so close and excellent for a day-trip. We're sure, you will love it here!
