What you will love about this home

An architect designed house, on two floors, built 20 years ago with mature garden and fabulous views. We are a great base for St Andrews (20 mins), Edinburgh (45mins) and Perth(15 mins). Our home has an open plan lounge and dining area,large dining kitchen, two decks and a patio for catching the evening sun. We have 2 bedrooms and a small lounge has a settee bed which we use for occasional visitors. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom and the 2nd bedroom also has access to its own shower room. We also have a small kitchen and toilet upstairs as well as a second lounge/library/TV room. The house is more suited to adults than young children.

We think the house is more suited to a couple or two couples as it is not a particularly child friendly house.

Although we can't guarantee non stop sunshine, the house is built to enjoy it whilst its here! Saying that we do own a second home on a golf estate in South Africa and would also be willing to consider that for exchanges. The sun does shine there!

What you will love about this neighborhood

Longforgan is a small village in Perthshire with easy access to both Dundee and Perth. We are surrounded by lots of lovely walks and the village has a small shop and pub. We are served by a regular bus service to Perth and Dundee. Both Dundee and Perth have good shopping areas with access to restaurants and theatres. The house is located in a quiet road in the village which is a dead end and although we have neighbours on either side we have an uninterrupted view over the Carse of Gowrie and the River Tay in the distance. We have easy access to the open countryside and beaches 15 mins away. We are 45 mins from Edinburgh, 1hr 15mins from Glasgow and 1hr from Aberdeen.
