Our spacious and newly renovated three bedroom flat is located in one of the best areas of Lagos.
Just outside the city walls it’s an easy two minute walk into the historic Center where you’ll find so many restaurants, cafes, bars and shops. Mini golf and a skate park are just two minute walk and a supermarket, bank and takeaway cafes and eateries just 30 seconds away at the bottom of building!
Three beautiful and excellent local beaches are just 10 or 15 minute walk away. And there are some amazing hiking trails all within 20 minutes walking.
The apartment is on the top floor, with an elevator, and has incredible views across Lagos and the hills of Monchique. Two balconies and a well equipped kitchen, three double bedrooms with one en-suite.
Free and safe parking directly in front of the building.
We love living here!
Please note, this is our permanent home. We are open to any type of exchange and are happy to receive all enquiries but be aware that we can only mainly travel in the school holidays as both my children are in school but always happy for enquiries for weekend city break exchanges!

Located two minutes walk from the centre and hustle and bustle of Lagos but very quiet and calm at night.
Cafes, banks, shops and many excellent restaurants just steps away and three local beaches about 10 or 15 minutes by foot.
I can provide all sorts of useful tips and recommendations for anyone coming to stay.
