A modern home, with great amenity, just 7min walk to one of New Zealand's most famous beaches.
A north facing deck (which is the sunny way to face in the southern hemisphere), with bi-fold glass doors that allow you to open up the whole side of the home on sunny days. The home has a private backyard which is fully fenced, and a large parking area right next to the home.
Enjoy dinners with your family or as a couple, with a fully set up kitchen and utensils (gas stove top, oven and microwave). Dinning is inside the home with an 8 seater table, or outside on the deck with a 6 seater round table.
Each bedroom has a queen size bed, with one of the bedrooms set up for kids or teenagers with a double bunk. The master bedroom has a smart TV.
There is a smart TV in the lounge, with a cozy large L shaped couch which allows you to chill out and relax at anytime.
In winter you can enjoy warmth with a gas fire in the lounge (fully enclosed and vented outside), and an outdoor area with drop down blinds and overhead infrared heating.
A separate bathroom / toilet exists. The bathroom has a bath and separate shower. There are laundry facilities (washing machine and dryer) and two fridge freezers to ensure you have enough room for food.
Unlimited wi-fi is on at all times in the home.

It is only a 2.5 hour drive from Auckland, New Zealand's biggest city. Gorgeous white sand, great surf waves, surf life guards on duty during the summer months. This is a favoured and sought after destination to have a holiday home by many New Zealanders. In summer the population grows significantly for the 2-3 week period over Christmas and New Years.
The town is blessed with great cafes and restaurants.
It is also has good amenity such as a super-market / butchery / doctors etc, so has all of the amenity you would want to have to ensure a great stay.
Our home is situated not far from the beach, with a 7min flat walk to the beach and shorter walk to the estuary.

For each exchange we require our guests to pay for a one off clean after they have stayed. This is a cost of NZD$120. We do not take a margin on this, that is the direct cost to clean. Please leave NZD$120 cash on the table when you go and I will organise for a cleaning team to come in and do that once you leave.
