Please read all the information and details before you send one request please send your request if you accept all the details and conditions. Please do not negociate service and cleaning fees. We do not have any time to explain it again and again. Please do not send any requests if you aren't able to read and accept all the conditions.
READ first!!! Please be polite and do not dictate your own rules for our apartment and people we trust and who are helping us to organise everything .

You have to pay the person directly who helps us to host you. We don't need your money. We need nice and polite and, respectful people in our house who can stay there for a couple of GPs and pay the person who helps us in Barcelona.

This is an old building from appr. 1640. The apartment is designed and combines the old and the new.
You should be able to pay assistance & cleaning fees but still leave the apartment cleaned, without garbage so that the cleaning person can clean properly, do laundry and iron what she has to iron and put in where she has to do it as far as she has time. Please don't forget that you aren't in the hotel.
No pets. No drugs or alcohol consume. No smokers. Please read all the details in additional information before you send your request. Please do not send any requests if you are not agreeing to all the rules and conditions.

This is El Born which is the second oldest part of Barcelona. La Catedral is 200meters away from the apartment. The oldest chirch Santa Maria del Mar is next doo as well. The Picasso Museum in 200meters as well as plenty of other sightthings. The beach of Barceloneta is 15 minutes walking distance. And much more...

There is no AC and no heating in the apartment. There is a natural air condition that works well if the balcony door is open.
The apartment is situated in the Downtown of Barcelona. Many of places of interest as well as the beach of Barcelona are reachable by feet. In the apartment you have everything you need for your staying in Barcelona.
We have two pull out sofas and not the real beds. We neither have WiFi in the apartment.
We expressly point out that the apartment should be left clean, dry bed sheets should be put next to the washing machine. If towels are wet, they should not be put but hang up.
All the trash should be taken out of the apartment.
The cleaning fees are 150€ (if one couple /two persons are staying in the apartment) more 50€ per each person (max. 4 persons) must be payed at check in when the guests gwt the apartment and the keys. .
Cleaning person must come twice to clean, to wash, to iron and to organize all over the apartment for the next visitors.
If you want to stay one or two nights, it is possible that one budget hotel or airbnb could be cheaper.
Unfortunately, we have had some bad experience with all the promises of in particular young people. Also arrraval and departure times should fit to time table of the person who should come twice for key handovers. They should be given if the exchange is going to be more specified. Arriving and departures in the middle of the night are understandable difficult to organize everything.
