Waterfront apartment, built in an 18th century recycled port warehouse at Puerto Madero, the best and safest place to enjoy Buenos Aires city.
First floor, but you have 4 elevators to use.
Big balcony facing the pedestrian footpath along the river, with a great view over the docks.
Plenty of bars and restaurants just in the dock and nearby,.
1´walking to a big cinema complex and tango shows. 5´ to San Telmo and the Floating Casino. Very close of many other cultural and historic places.
Building with courtesy parking (subject to availability). Security 24 hs.
At the basement, a heated swimming pool, mini gym, massage room and sauna, and a room for up 20 people, to have a meeting. With the exception of pool and gym, the other facilities must be reserved in advance.
We have two bedrooms and a spacious living-room that is transformable in a third one. From this and the main one, you´ll be able to see the water just from your bed.
Also there is a full equipped kitchen with all you need, a bar to have breakfast, waterview dining table and a separate space to work with a desk.
At the big balcony you have an additional coffee table and garden chairs, to enjoy the beautiful view.

- Three HD Smart TV´s, at the bedrooms and in the living-room.

Puerto Madero is the best location in Buenos Aires city.
Plenty of restaurants with local and international cuisine, and full of bars nearby. Beautiful place to walk along the river docks at day and night.
Just 1´walking to tango shows, 5´to San Telmo and the Floating Casino, and 20´from Obelisco and city downtown.

We have a person in charge that receive guests, shows them all the facilities, is present at check-out time, cleans the apartment and washes linen and towels after each occupancy. We pay USD 50.- for the whole process, that of course must be assumed by the guests.
But if we stayed in our guest´s house before, we´ll charge for the cleaning the same amount we paid. (Or nothing, of course...).
