We have a modern townhome with each bedroom having a comfortable queen bed and its own bathroom. It has all the amenities, with an uncluttered and open floor plan.

Our townhome is within walking distance from Historic downtown Apex, which has many great restaurants and unique shops without being touristy. Close by there are many great breweries where you can get a tour or a flight of beers.
Durham, Raleigh, Cary, and Chapel Hill with their own unique vibe and sights are within a 30 minutes drive.
There is plenty to do here: from museums (Raleigh - Art Museum, Historical Museum, Natural Sciences Museum, Durham - Museum Life and Science, Nasher Art Museum), music in the parks (Koka Booth, Art Museum, Carolina Theater), gardens (Duke Gardens, North Carolina Botanical Garden, WRAL Azalea Garden), sports (Durham Bulls Baseball, Hurricanes Hockey, Courage Soccer), performing arts (DPAC, Carolina Performing Arts, Raleigh Little Theater, Raleigh Symphony), hiking at Harris Lake, Eno River State Park, Umstead Park, water activities and boating at Harris Lake, Jordan Lake and Falls Lake.

The home is a three-story new and modernly decorated townhome, with rooms on the first and third floor. The living room, dining room, and kitchen are all in an open floor plan on the 2nd level.
In the common living area is a large screen TV hooked up to WiFi with subscriptions to Netflix and Amazon Prime, plus there are other free channels received through WiFi. High-speed WiFi will be available when you arrive.
The large capacity washer and dryer are on the third floor.
The Air Conditioning and Heating have separate temperature controls on each floor.
