A lovely home near Amsterdam Beach, a place full of luxury such as a hot tub and ensuite bathrooms for all four bedrooms. We are only 4 kilometers away from the most beautiful sandy beaches of Zandvoort yet you are only 20 minutes by train away from Amsterdam City Centre. The railway station is only a 5 minute walk from our house. Also Schiphol Airport is only 30 minutes by taxi.
We offer a fantastic semi-detached villa in a beautiful green area and a very quiet and private suburban area. It was built in the 1930s and it's pretty large by dutch standards. The villa is recently fully renovated to the highest environmental standards (all electric) and offers all modern amenities. It is a clean, light and modern family house (220sqm) with a lovely outdoor area, including an external fireplace / BBQ area and different sun terraces.
The living room is open and very atmospheric. We have created different relaxcorners, one for tv, one for music and reading and of course a cozy fireplace. The open plan kitchen comes with a separate breakfast bar, in addition to a large dining table (seats up to 8 people) and has all the usual equipment including 2 ovens / microwave and a double fridge/freezer. Finally downstairs is a large mud room and a separate toilet.
On the first floor you will find the master bedroom with a large ensuite bathroom complete with double washbasins, walk-in shower and bath. From here you can also relax on the large balcony. In the hallway is a separate toilet. Another double bedroom / study with its own ensuite shower is located opposite. Finally you will find a separate walk in wardrobe where we will make sure to leave enough space for all your holiday clothes. The second floor has two identical size single bedrooms, each with their own ensuite (shower, toilet).
Our house has a large sunny garden with a relaxing atmosphere. On a chilly evening you can still enjoy yourself outside under the patio heater and next to the outside fireplace. The house is very child friendly and comes with a giant swing and trampoline. There is also a large playground area nearby and you will find a jeux des boules area and soccer field opposite our house.
Our bikes, 2x children and 2x adult size, are at your disposal and we offer free offstreet parking.

The coastal area offers beautiful sand dunes, beaches and forests. You can go for nice walks, bike rides, enjoy sports, enjoy a picnic or relax at one of the many beach bars and cafe’s.
If you enjoy being in nature, you should visit the National Park 'Amsterdamse waterleidingduinen'. It's only a 10-minute bike ride from our house. You can see deer, chipmunks, foxes and many different birds.
Different historic cities are within reach where you can enjoy restaurants, theatre, museums like: Rijksmuseum, Van Gogh museum, Teylersmuseum and Anne Frank. It takes about 15 to 25 minutes to reach cities like Haarlem and Amsterdam. Also Leiden, Alkmaar, Delft and The Hague are beautiful old cities to visit and are within easy reach by car and/ or train.
