Our apartment is an attractive second floor apartment about a 10 minute walk from Chichester city centre.
We will try to accommodate short trips but stays of one week (7 nights plus) are far easier for us to manage if at all possible).
It is a 2 bedroom property and spacious with typical amenities. The immediate location is beside the Chichester Canal, close to the train station, cathedral, shopping, theatre and cinemas.
The beaches (The Witterings) are about a 10 minute drive, longer on high days and holidays. The marina a 5 minute drive or 30 minute walk along the canal.
London is about a 75 minute rail journey. The line runs to Southampton and Portsmouth to the west and Brighton and Arundel to the west. All are within an hour’s journey by rail.
There is an allocated parking space although you can stay happily here with no need for a car.
The apartment is recently decorated & furnished with simplicity in mind. It is warm, attractive & positioned uniquely on the second floor of the block.

The location is on a canal path just to the south of the catherdral & city centre. Our apartment is alone on the second floor, quite secluded. It is a quiet area but also very close to anything you might need.
Everything you need is within a 5 minute walk including a great Waitrose supermarket, cinema and train station.
Local amenities include 2 cinemas, a theatre and great collection of shops through its medieval centre. The beach is the best you’ll find and about a 10 minute drive. You can prebook parking which is cheaper and assures a space for your car.
The railway station is a 5 minute walk away and gives easy access to Portsmouth, Brighton and will have you at Victoria Station London in 75 minutes.
London Heathrow airport is around a 75 minute drive or 2 hours by rail. London Gatwick is a 45 min drive or an hour by rail.

Goodwood with its motorsports, airfield and horse racing is 10 minutes by car or bus.
We are receptive to ideas and opportunities from 2024 for people to enjoy our accommodation and or share a similar home.
