This condo has been beautifully decorated and maintained to our high expectations. Designer furnishings make this a true Home away from Home. Water views from all rooms. Free WIFI. We are located in the heart of all beach activities. Historic Fort Pickens is just at the end of the street. You will love spending a day there touring the Fort and relaxing on the sugar white sands. A trolly car stops at the resort front entrance take tourist to all the popular sites during most of the year. With sugar white beaches and emerald colored gulf waters, life is good on Pensacola Beach! Boardwalk entertainment, shopping and numerous dining options are located within walking distance. I look forward to having you as a guest. You can swim or sunbathe in the scenic natural beauty of the island. The Gulf is just across the street with sugar white beaches. A large rear balcony offers views of both the Gulf of Mexico and Little Sabine Bay which is clam water for the little ones. Beach towels, beach chairs, sand buckets and shovels are provided as well as several board games to play inside. These are things that many families purchase for a week, then don't need them when they pack up and go home. Save the money for something else! Please contact me with any questions.

Our condo has water views of 2 different bodies of water ... the Gulf of Mexico and Little Sabine Bay. The beach on the gulf is across the street and the backyard is Little Sabine. The neighborhood is a very laid back tiny beach town. It is just a 10 minute walk down the bike path to 20+ restaurants. This is a big deal on the island because we don't have to get in a hot car and drive to and from the restaurants ... especially after a hot day in the sun and water.
