Located in Sitio de Calahonda near Marbella on Royal Beach adjacent to Mc Donalds Restaurant and just off the N340- A7 dual carriageway.
Newly built apartment complex is perfect location for beach lovers as you can hear the waves lapping against the shore from the apartment. There is a lovely Spanish beach bar within a few minutes walk and the popular bars, restaurants, shops ( Lidl, Supersol, Mercadona ), banks, internet cafe, newsagent, etc. of Calahonda are located a short walk away.
Malaga airport is 35 min. drive away and Marbella just 10 min., Puerto Banus is 15 min. Numerous golf courses in the area.
