Our home is a warm and welcoming, comfortable place to explore the beautiful Comox Valley and surroundings of Vancouver Island. Super close to the heart of town, but also tucked away and quiet in a lovely neighborhood with lots of nature just a stone's throw away. It's newly renovated and feels luxurious while still being cozy and down-to-earth. Little touches like the deep bath tub, outdoor barrel sauna, and trampoline and treehouse for the kids will help you feel right at home with a sweet home base to explore the incredible ocean, mountains, rivers and lakes that this rural/urban area has to offer.
We are still working on getting the other 2 bedrooms ready for photos but if you'd like to stay please be in touch and we can FaceTime and show you the house!

We live a 20 minute walk from downtown Courtenay, 5 minute drive. Our home is 1 block from the beautiful Puntledge River. The swimming is excellent, and in the fall 4 different kinds of salmon runs bless the waters. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly, lots of kids and dogs who will greet you. Our neighbours are the best around and will be happy to help if you need anything! Comox Valley is a tri-city that includes Cumberland, Courtenay and Comox. There are tons of beautiful fresh water swimming holes as well as countless beautiful beaches. World class mountain biking and a great little ski hill in the winter. Nature is everywhere at our fingertips- gulf islands a ferry's ride away, Tofino' Pacific Rainforest and epic surf is 3 hours West, beautiful Victoria (the capital City of BC) is 3 hours south.

Zusätzliche Informationen

We have a sweet 12 year old cat named Tiger who has her own cat door to come and go. She doesn't use a letterbox and just needs her food kept topped up and fresh water. She likes having people around and will ask for pets if you're up for it, but can be left for days on her own and basically takes care of herself.
We'll have the house cleaned for you before your arrival, and ask a $100 cleaning fee so we can have the same.
