Welcome to our charming terraced house, nestled in a serene and family-friendly street on the picturesque peninsula of Nesodden. Our home is ideally located at the end of the street, ensuring a tranquil and private atmosphere for our guests. The street itself is a haven for families, with no through traffic except for deliveries, making it an ideal spot for children to play, with playgrounds and nature just steps away.
Our home features two expansive balconies/terraces. One adjoins the kitchen, offering breathtaking views of the Oslo fjord and the city skyline. This is the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee as you watch the sunrise. The second terrace provides direct access to a charming little forest, where you can enjoy leisurely walks, picnics, or simply revel in the natural beauty of the surroundings. In the summer, you can even pick fresh, wild blueberries right from the forest.
For the past 13 years, this sanctuary has been our cherished abode, and we are excited to share it with you. The house spans three floors, boasting a spacious first-floor bedroom with a large bathroom, including both a shower and a bathtub. Upstairs, you'll find two additional bedrooms (perfect for children) with versatile, expandable beds, plus a toilet room on this floor. The second floor is the heart of our home, offering a generous living room with a fireplace and direct access to the terrace and forest. Our dining area, featuring a large wooden table with ample seating, seamlessly connects the living room to our well-equipped kitchen, which includes a breakfast balcony perfect for savoring those amazing views.
Conveniently, we are only a short 5-minute walk from Nesoddtangen, where you'll find a delightful shopping center with cafes and all essentials. Public transportation is easy and efficient here, with a bus stop just minutes away. The buses connect seamlessly with the ferry service to Oslo, a scenic 23-minute ride to the city's vibrant heart, Aker Brygge. For those traveling by car, our home is conveniently accessible by road, offering both indoor private parking and outdoor parking spots.
Whether you're visiting during the lush summer, enjoying bountiful outdoor activities, or in the winter, with opportunities for sledding and ice skating, Nesodden offers endless natural beauty and relaxation all year round.
