Central apartment with metro station on the same street.
Bienvenid@s to the home of a couple with two daughters aged 5 and 8. Both the apartment and the façade are completely renovated in 2023.
The apartment has three bedrooms. The main one with a double bed of 150x190cm, access to the balcony and Smart TV with access to different platforms. The other two bedrooms are children's. The one with the bunk bed with two beds of 90x190cm. The third room also has two 90x200 beds and is currently also a children's play room with toys of all kinds and for various ages.
The house is perfect for 4/5 people to be comfortable in terms of surface area and equipment.
We have heating for the colder months and fan for the summer months.
In the living room we have a large sofa, Smart TV and access to the balcony.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has access to another balcony that we currently use as a laundry.
The apartment has a bathroom with a large shower and a small toilet for emergencies. Thermally insulated building.
Bear in mind: this is a third floor without a lift.
