NOTE: THE HOUSE IS NOT AVAILABLE IN SPRING/SUMMER 2024. We are doing renovations this spring and it is then booked through October.
Our spacious traditional Cape Cod beach house is perfect for 1-2 families. Located on a quiet, dead-end street, it's around the corner from lovely uncrowded Keyes Beach/Sea St Beach and 15 min walk to both Main St and Hyannis Harbor, with their restaurants, shopping, sailboats and ferries. it's comfortable, spotless and air conditioned.
Upstairs, the new 2nd floor has 2 master bedrooms (one with king bed; one with queen bed and sitting room) and a spacious bathroom with large shower.
On the main floor are 2 bedrooms (one with bunk beds; one with 2 twin beds); full bathroom (renovated 2024); airy and well-equipped kitchen (renovated 2023); dining room for 8-10; sunny enclosed porch with plenty of couches and chairs; and a TV room/library.
The back yard is large, shady and landscaped. There is a patio with dining set and gas grill, an outdoor shower (hot & cold water) with separate dressing area to rinse off the sand, and plenty of lawn furniture.
In the detached garage you'll find everything you need for the beach - chairs, rolling cooler, trolley and beach towels.
Keyes Beach is around the corner; it's lovely and uncrowded, with a new bathhouse and ample parking if you need it. It has the rare benefit of boat traffic in the far distance. Hyannis Harbor has ferries and fishing boats (kids love going there to watch the day's catch being off-loaded), and lots of fine dining and seafood restaurants.

Was Sie im Nachbarschafts-Viertel lieben werden
Hyannis is the perfect mix of old Cape Cod and modern conveniences. From our house you can walk to Main Street's restaurants, shops, museums, ferries and other conveniences.
Hyannis is the center of cultural and economic life on Cape Cod - cinemas (including foreign films at the Cape Cod Art Museum), restaurants, summer theater at the Cape Playhouse, antique shops, and art galleries and artist's kiosks are all close-by. Provincetown is less than an hour away.
If you bike, there are many great trails: the Cape Cod Rail Trail goes all the way to Nauset and the National Seashore and beyond, through cranberry bogs, along the tide pools and marshes of the Bay, and through 200-year-old towns. The Shining Sea Bike Path and Canal Bikeway go from Woods Hole to Sandwich along the Canal.
Love baseball? The famous Cape Cod Baseball League plays right here in Hyannis, as its players prepare to go to the Majors.
If you fish, you have the ocean, lakes, ponds and deep-sea fishing at your fingertips (guides and boats can be hired).
If you golf, public and private courses abound.
Tennis courts, ice skating, hiking, antiquing, horseback riding, whale and seal watching and even science (at Woods Hole and at the amazing Cape Cod Museum of Natural History) are all within a few minutes of your home base.
If you want to explore other beaches, the Cape offers hundreds of them, each one different and beautiful: the wild ocean, the calmer Long Island Sound, and the fascinating tide pools of Cape Cod Bay (most have paid parking)
