Was Sie an dieser Unterkunft lieben werden
Our home is a modern, freshly renovated house in 2017, suitable for a large family or group of friends. The property is 3 stories with 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, all with waterfall showers, a large front garden with space for 3 cars & and a sunny west facing back garden with terace seating and BBQ area.
The ground floor accommodation comprises a beautiful entrance hall, main sitting room, hosting large seating area, open floating fire place, 55" internet enabled TV inc Xbox, Wii Gaming/Consoles, ideal for movies, relaxation, reading or kids/teenagers chill out area!!
Shared, large open plan kitchen/eating/living space (the hub/heart of our home) which features a fully equipped modern kitchen, induction hob, centre island incorporating dishwasher, hot water tap (boiling hot water 24 hours) and comfortable seating for 6/9+ people , all highlighted by beautiful controlled lighting.
The living space of this area includes a comfortable seating area, large 55” internet enabled TV & Google Home System.
Another dining space with a dining table for meals at any time of the day and entertaining area.
This entire area opens out onto a sunny west facing patio area, coffee table and seating for outdoor dining, child friendly garden and BBQ which is ideal for family dining and entertaining or socialising with friends all year round. We love to entertain groups of friends, neighbours & family in this area.
The ground floor accommodation also includes a utility/laundry room, washing machine and dryer, and ground floor bathroom inc waterfall shower.
The ground floor also has a separate Office for a private space to work.
Upstairs on the 1st floor there are 3 bedrooms (1 single bed, 1 master king size en suite bedroom and 1 double bedroom inc 35" TV) and a main bathroom.
The 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms, a single room and a large ensuite double room.
Oil central heating throughout.
We have wireless hi-speed internet Wifi connection throughout the house and cable TV. For children, we have plenty of toys, bicycles, skates, puzzles, books, sports gear and an Xbox, Wii and Media Player, loaded with movies.

We live in Renmore, Galway which is a suburban area, 2KM from Eyre Square, the heart of Galway City, all within 10 minutes by car, or a 20 minute walk and has a regular bus services every few minutes into Galway City and Salthill.
We live in a cul de sac, with many families and small children who play safely together on bikes, trikes, and other games/sports. Our neighbours are the best part of our street and we spend many days/evenings socializing together.
Our neighbourhood has lots of facilities within walking distance which include a local beach, shops, coffee shops, pharmacy, butcher, grocery store, hairdresser, church, swimming pool, playing pitches, restaurants, bars, cinema, supermarket,etc
Galway city is a vibrant city and the festivals during the summer months make it a tourist haven. Salthill, popular village is known for its sandy beaches, ice cream and a long promenade along the sea front with many restaurants and attractions. Oranmore (another popular village) is lovely to village for food, playground and scenic walks.

It is 20 minute walk into Galway City and onto major tourist attractions such as Quay Street, Claddagh, Salthill and others.
Galway City, was home of the European City of Culture 2020. It enjoys lively streets full of music, all year round and is lucky to have a number of 5-Star & Michelin Star Restaurants, so here's some information on our city;
Galway is the mid-point on the Wild Atlantic Way (a signposted coastal route running along 2,500 kilometres of our stunning Atlantic coastline from Cork in the south west to Donegal in the north west of the country) we are on the edge of Europe in one of the most unspoilt places worldwide.
Travel to Shannon International Airport takes about 1 hour and Dublin airport is 2 hours away. Knock airport is 45 mins away with flights to many European locations. There is a link to the motorway just 2 minutes from our house so it's really simple to get anywhere.
