Was Sie an dieser Unterkunft lieben werden
Our house is an old farmhouse renovated with simplicity and modernity. Its surface area of 200 m2 and its south-facing exposure with a view of our large garden (5000 m2) will allow you to recharge your batteries while discovering the very touristic region.
The outdoor swimming pool is heated to a depth of 1m30. Perfect for kids.
It is secured by an alarm
We have a floor for children with 2 bedrooms with a double sofa bed and a third bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a bathtub/shower.
On the second floor we have a parent area with a bedroom with a 160/200 bed and a large shower room. We also have a large games room with sleeps 4, a TV and a dvd player, which allows children and parents to have moments a little apart.
In a covered attic we have a ping pong table that can be used all year round.
Guests can use the summer kitchen located in front of the house and the pool. The wood-burning oven is at your disposal for pizza evenings.
Car available if needed.
Our house is pleasant in all seasons: in summer you can enjoy the large garden and fruits and vegetables. When it's a little cooler, you can make a fire in the stove for fun family moments.
We also have several animals that live in an outdoor enclosure: Napoleon the donkey, moustache the goat, dragibus, Snowflake, Darth and Vader the sheep, not to mention the peacocks, the chickens and our two geese. Everyone lives together peacefully and they are all very nice.
Our house is in our image: warm and easy to live in for an unforgettable holiday like at home.

Our house is ideally located for visiting the region. We are close to all the major tourist places that you will dream of discovering: Saint-Malo, Dinard, Dinan, Cap Fréhel .... You can easily enjoy the beautiful beaches for swimming, playing with the family, doing water sports or sitting on the terrace to enjoy the magnificent view. Out of season, the many hikes by the sea or the Rance will make you happy.
Come and enjoy the many walks in the region, the gourmet French restaurants by the sea and the dynamism of the Emerald Coast. We are 15 mins from beautiful beaches ideal for families. Saint Malo is 20 minutes away, the exceptional site of Mont St Michel is 45 minutes away. Paris, the capital, is 4 hours away by car or 2 hours by TGV. We have an airport 10 kms away.
You can also get away from the hustle and bustle of the coast to enjoy beautiful riverside walks and discover the medieval town of Dinan.
Less than an hour away, you can let yourself be carried away by the beauty of Mont Saint Michel, Rennes and the forest of Brocéliande or Fort Lalatte and Cap Fréhel.
The region is rich in local markets. You can let yourself go and taste local products that will surely enchant you.
