Was Sie an dieser Unterkunft lieben werden
We live in the center of Lisbon, in a historic building from the 19th century. Our apartment is a fully recovered duplex (4th floor plus attic), very spacious (170 m2), full of light and with a beautiful view over the city.
The apartment has 4 bedrooms. In the attic there are one double bedroom, one single bedroom and one bathroom. In the lower and main floor there are two single bedrooms, one bathroom and a living room, a dining room and a kitchen in a kind of openspace. It also has a very nice balcony to have breakfast or relax at the end of the day, while reading a book and drinking a glass of wine. Since it is a historic building, there is no garage and NO LIFT, which will allow you to stay fit :)
Our apartment is very well located (30 minutes from the airport by metro) and is well served by transport (metro, bus and tram): metro station 3 minutes walk, stop of the famous historical tram line nº28 at 2 minutes walk (covering the main typical neighborhoods of Lisbon: Graça, Alfama, Castelo, Baixa, Chiado, Santa Catarina, Estrela and Campo de Ourique). For those who like to walk, it is also possible to reach downtown (Martim Moniz, Rossio and Mouraria) in 15 minutes, or the typical neighborhood of Graça in 20 minutes.
Everything you could need is also right on the doorstep: 2 supermarkets (Lidl and Auchan) open 7 days a week from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m., a local market where you can buy fruits, vegetables and fresh fish, open Tuesday to Saturday from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., several cafeterias, restaurants and grocery stores, a wine shop, a bakery, a butcher's shop, a hairdresser's, a pharmacy, and a stationery that sells transportation tickets (cheaper than the ones bought directly in the buses or electric). All this within 1 minute walk from our apartment.

Our apartment is located in Arroios, a quiet multicultural neighborhood, where people from different backgrounds live peacefully, and in which we really enjoy living. Despite its centrality and proximity to areas of tourist interest, it is a residential neighborhood with a life of its own, inhabited by old people and new couples, where the neighbors still know each other. For its characteristics, it makes it possible for anyone staying in our home to experience the day-to-day life of a typical Lisbon native.
In this neighbohood you have almost everything you could need within a walking distance, which is something that we really appreciate. Moreover, nearby (5 minutes walking from the appartment) is the renovated Largo do Intendente, a fully requalified square, plenty of life, energy and terraces, where several concerts and cultural events take place, specially during the summer.
