Our apartment embodies the Tyrolean lifestyle at its most elegant! This is exclusive living with every possible luxury! The 75m2 apartment extends over two floors and offers accommodation for 2-5 people.
The stylishly appointed apartment combines luxury with alpine tradition. On the ground floor you will find the generously proportioned living area with a comfortable lounge area and flatscreen TV. You'll want to stay and socialise in the modern and inviting open-plan kitchen and integrated dining area. The dining suite is custom-made and accommodates five people. On the upper floor of the maisonette apartment you will find two separate bedrooms. Enjoy the unique atmosphere of the rustic double room which has the charm of a mountain hut! You can also anticipate refreshing hours of rest in the second bedroom which includes a flatscreen TV and a large, comfortable double bed (200 x 200 cm) as well as a further single bed (80 x 175 cm). The spacious, luxurious bathroom has a rain shower and double washbasins. It's like relaxing in your own private spa! The toilet is separate. There is plenty of storage space in the large entrance area for coats, sports and ski equipment. Enjoy the fresh air and wonderful view from the terrace which has direct access to your own private garden. Teak garden furniture, sun loungers and a barbecue are all provided. The pleasant interior climate, the use of top quality materials and many lovingly designed details make our apartment the ideal place of retreat for your holiday!

In winter the Stubai Valley is one of the top ski resorts in the Alps. Four ski areas (Stubai Glacier, Schlick 2000, Elfer, Serles) around our vacation apartment offer ideal conditions for winter sports. All areas are easily accessible in a few minutes by car or the free ski bus. Station 1 min. from the house!
In summer you will find the ideal starting point for hiking, climbing and cycling. Start directly from the front door to leisure hikes or demanding climbs. You don't need your car for your activities - you can leave it safe on your private parking in front of the house.
