Was Sie an dieser Unterkunft lieben werden
Hello, PLEASE NOTE: that we only do RECIPROCAL exchanges (Simultaneous or non-simultaneous) but NO GP (no exceptions sorry). We are looking for reciprocal exchanges with a certain standard - the exchange can be simultaneous or not.
1- Our loft is available mainly during the summer, holidays and sometimes week-ends for simultaneous or non-simultaneous exchanges
2- We travel mainly during school vacations in Paris and weekends and are looking for places with a family atmosphere (preferably a house with a pool, in the sun).
3- We want to exchange with places with cleaning included. The cleaning fees, if not reciprocal in the exchange, are to be paid at departure : 200€
This loft, built in a former artist's studio, has been entirely redone by architects in an "industrial" design. Very bright, it has a high ceiling, a rotating balcony, three bedrooms, and a lot of comfort. The apartment is located on the top floor, it is very quiet and has a very nice balcony! The apartment can accommodate up to 3-4 adults and 2 child, or 2 adults and several children. It is a really rare type of place. A real gem inside a vibrant area !
This loft was built in 2015 in a former artist's studio. The condominium has been completely redone and has a janitor and an interior courtyard.
Located in the heart of Bastille village in a very sought after area, the apartment is ideally located between shops, restaurants.
The apartment, located in an inner courtyard, is very very quiet! The apartment, with its high ceilings, is located on the top floor - with an elevator - and has a long swinging balcony overlooking the roofs of Paris.
The windows and large bay windows bring in a lot of light. The apartment was designed by architects in an "industrial" style with exposed bricks, parquet flooring, interior windows ...
The terrace is landscaped, the watering is automatic. A table is available on the terrace for a sunny breakfast!
The apartment has lots of toys and kids stuff.
Composition of the apartment:
- An entrance with cupboards, a laundry space (washing machine and dryer)
- A large living room (loft type) with a large dining table; an open kitchen; a sitting area with TV; an office area.
- A first bedroom, with a mezzanine bed including a double bed (140cm / futon quality mattress) accessible by a fixed ladder.
- A second bedroom (for children) with a bunk bed, possibility to add an extra matress on the floor.
- A third room (parental suite) with a double bed (160cm / quality Futon mattress, raised).
- An adjoining office/ music room next to the third room
This room opens via a bay window on the third bedroom (it is therefore preferable for a family for example).
- A bathroom with bathtub and Italian shower.
- Separate toilet
We have a parking space - but not always available for exchange if we don't use the car, to discuss!

Was Sie im Nachbarschafts-Viertel lieben werden
Our area "Village Bastille" is an artistic neighbourgh with artists studio, music hall, librairies, great restaurant (from star ranked chefs to vegan and hispter cafes). Old farmer market (Marché d'Aligre) to artistic spots like Place de la Bastille and Le Marais, everything is very close. The Canal with Bassin de l'Arsenal (the Port of Paris ;) and La Seine is 5 min walking.
