Beautiful whitewashed house from the late 1800s with 50 metres to the sea. Sea view. Two storeys. Newly renovated in traditional style. Fully equipped kitchen. A tiled stove and a fireplace that gives nice warmth. Small sheltered garden. 100 metres from the train station, so you can take the train here from both Malmö and Copenhagen. Beautiful large sandy beach with restaurant withing 3 minute walk.

Long sandy beach just below the house, friendly village with kind neighbours. Small shop, small restaurant by the sea. An ancient Viking site just outside the window and 20 minutes by car is the well-known ancient site of Ales stones.
Three minute walk from the train station that takes you both to and from Malmö and Copenhagen in an hour.
Small former fishing village in Svarte, 10 minutes by car and 5 minutes by train from the town of Ystad in Southern Sweden.
Ystad is by the sea, with around 300 half-timbered houses in the centre, many with medieval roots. The beaches in Ystad are long, wide and beautiful with white sand. There are ferry services from the harbour to Poland and Bornholm.

The West Coast Road runs between the house and the sea. There is quite a lot of traffic in the summer months, but the windows and doors are soundproofed so it does not affect the indoor environment.
We also have both a wall and a gate facing the road so no children risk running into the road.
On the other side of the road is an ancient monument and then it is only a few metres to the sea.
