The flat is situated 250 m from the nearest tram station. A modern tram takes you to Venice in ten minutes. The trams are at frequent regular intervals daily and there is also a night service.
The flat has its own parking space within an enclosed communal courtyard.
The flat is on the third floor with a lift, overlooking trees and green area to the southwest. It was redecorated three years ago and and is bright and airy. The kitchen is new and well equipped and gives access to the balcony, which accommodate two people for coffee. There is a new sofa which can serve as an additional bed. The area is very quiet with no traffic noise.
The bedroom is spacious with a double bed on one side and a single one on the other side of the room. There are two big windows equipped with blinds and mosquito nets. The bathroom has a bath, also excellent for showers, toilet, bidet and wash basin. There is storage and wardrobe space in two built-in cupboards.

Our flat is in an excellent position not only for getting to Venice in ten minutes by tram, but also for visiting the nearby cities of art like Padua, Mantova, Vicenza, Treviso, Chioggia, all within an hour by car, or less by train, as well as the beautiful Palladian villas along the River Brenta. For those coming by car the Italian Alps, the Dolomites, are only 40 minutes away on the motorway.
It is in a quiet residential area, but close to supermarket, pharmacy, delicatessen and cafes and estaurants. The centre of Mestre is only 20 minutes walk and has a market, fish market, lots of interesting shops a lovely town square lined with bars.
