Fully equipped comfortable apartment for our family of four.
Our home is in a very quiet residential area but directly connected to all local amenities and a ten-minute bicycle or car ride from the lake or the center of town. An hour's drive will take you to mountain resorts like Flaine or Chamonix and we are connected to the international airport by a direct public transport bus making arrivals and departures extremely simple.
Activities in the area include sailing, swimming, hiking, biking, parasailing, skiing, mountain climbing, to name but a few and of course the city of Geneva is not lacking in cultural activities and venues.

We live in a quiet and completely safe residential neighborhood. We often walk or cycle west down to the river Arve where you can walk for hours under the tree-lined banks or east to the lakefront.
At the same time, the supermarket is within walking distance and a couple of bus stops will take you to the center of town.
We are only a few kilometers from France and direct access to the highway allows easy access to some world-renowned ski resorts. We typically take 45 minutes door-to-slope to our favorite ski station in Grand Massif.

We have three adult bicycles one of which is electric and one child bike for our 11 year old.
I am also open to allowing guests to use our car which is a 5 seater stationwagon (manual transmission) or my scooter (Yamaha 125cc)
All of the vehicles are insured under 3rd party insurance for any driver but do NOT have fully comprehensive coverage ie any damage caused to the vehicles is NOT covered by our insurance policy.
The use of the aforementioned vehicles would of course be on condition that any & all damage or indeed any financial repercussions linked to the use of the vehicles would be at the cost of the user.
Traffic laws are strictly enforced with painful penalties for offences so a legal document would also have to be signed vouching for full responsibility during the use of the vehicle.
Just like with our home, I am happy to allow these vehicles to be used on the condition that they are loved, cleaned and fueled when we get back.
As in any home exchange it is expected that our home be loved, respected and left in the same state as when you have arrived. We do have a lady who comes in a couple times a month to help us keep the place clean and welcoming be it for our return or for the next guests.
That costs 80chf per visit and we do request that cost be covered by our guests at the end of their stay please.
