Our 2-bedroom apartment is part of Los Jardines de Abama located in the Abama Golf Resort, in the southwest Tenerife and boasts spectacular ocean and golf course view up to La Gomera island. Carefully designed & furnished with attention to every detail, the apartment meets the highest standards.
Los Jardines enjoys hotel service, access to multiple residence pools, the Ritz beach, a gym and Michelin-star restaurants, and is connected to the luxurious Ritz Carlton 5 star hotel.
Tennis, padel, spa available in the resort at a cost.

The apartment is located within a 5-star complex. This means that upon your arrival, you will need to check in as my friend at the reception and check out in the same manner upon departure.
Please be aware of the following additional costs at the check-out (to be paid upon departure at reception – this money is not for me):
• Cleaning Fee: €210 if you use one room, or €250 if you use both rooms
• Daily Utilities Fee: €10 per day for water and electricity, regardless of the number of guests.
I kindly ask you to respect a few house rules to keep things cool and comfy for everyone:
1. Peace and Quiet: We love a good celebration, but my apartment isn't the place for it. Please, no parties, no loud music. Let's keep the vibe relaxed and respectful for our neighbours.
2. Smoke-Free Zone: Your health (and my home's) matters. That's why I keep the apartment a 100% smoke-free environment. If you need to light up, please do so outside.
3. Shoe-Free Sanctuary: Kick off your shoes at the door and make yourself at home! It helps keep our flat clean and cozy.
4. Pets are not allowed: I do love pets but unfortunately I’m allergic. So, sorry, no pets.
