Access to the house is through a shared gate with the other residents of the 'ilha'. We offer flexible check-in options to suit your needs. You can use our self-check-in system, with keys available in a secure box outside the gate, or we can arrange an in-person check-in if you prefer.
After entering the gate, you’ll walk through a courtyard filled with plants and vases, a typical feature of these neighborhoods. Continue through the courtyard, and near the end, on your left, you’ll find house number 3 (look for the golden number on the door).
Please be mindful of the walkway, which has slight wear in some areas, and the two rainwater drainage grooves. At night, there is no lighting along the path, so please use a flashlight (such as the one on your phone) to reach the house. The outdoor space is shared and available for all residents and guests to enjoy
House rules:
- No activity that alters the dynamics of the neighborhood or disturbs the neighbors is allowed.
- It is strictly forbidden to damage or pick fruits and flowers from the neighbors' property.
- It is strictly forbidden to throw anything other than toilet paper into the toilets of the two bathrooms. Pouring fats down the kitchen sink is also prohibited. Failure to follow these rules may cause sewage to back up into the house.
- Please do not leave doors and windows open when unattended, as stray cats may enter.
- Turn on the bathroom fan/light whenever the shower is in use. After the shower, open the bathroom door and the bedroom window (only slightly if it's raining) for extra ventilation.
- Do not open or close the front door with the key still inserted in the outer lock, as it may hit the door frame. Please remove the key or ensure it is upright.
