Situated only a 10 minute walk from the city centre of Durham, this 2BDR property is a 1930s semi which has been fully renovated in 2020 in an art deco style, preserving traditional English features and original stain glass windows, encased in new double glazing to keep the place warm.
The house has a warm and cosy feel to it, with a light and spacious, fully equipped kitchen and dining area, from where you can also access a private patio. Then there is also a living room on the ground floor, featuring the original stained glass windows and a unique fireplace.
On the first floor, you will find two good sized bedrooms (king size bed and two singles) with a bathroom. There is also a small study area on the landing.
We provide all the linens, towels, and toiletries you need to make your stay comfortable and hassle-free.
Parking
There is a car space for one car in the driveway as well as plenty of street (metered) parking if extra parking is needed.
