Our summer villa is located in the most exclusive "billionaires' bay" of Bodrum, in Türkbükü. It is located in Hekimköy sitesi compound. Our house is homy with 2 large terrasses, nice grass garden, private parking place in a non-gated compound with tennis, soccer and basket-ball fields, and 2 private beaches which is essential in Bodrum. The entrance card issued by the residence compound to the private beaches cost €10 for 10 days / guest if the landlord comes with the guest or if it is low season (Sept-May), or €100 for 10days / guest if we can not accompany you. So there is this slight risk of extra €100 cost in June. September to May is considered low season by the compound management, so it would be only €10 per guest for 10 days. There are also many other private beaches around but usually you need to consume drink/food. The house has been renovated few years ago, its clean, with ceramics on the floor, and the bathrooms. American kitchen with all amenities, recent furnitures, and of course wifi :). On the first floor there is a bedroom for 2, living room and open kitchen. On the 2nd floor 2 bedrooms for 2 each, one bed in the hallway and a large roof / terrasse with a sea view. The house is 5 min walk to the supermarket and to the bus station (every 20-30 min shuttles), sport fields and beaches (10 min walk), and 10 min drive to Türkbükü or Gündoğan where there are restaurants and cafes, 40 min drive to Bodrum city center (taxi costs €20, or bus), where there are 2 western standards' hospitals (Acibadem and American Hospital), and 50 minutes drive to the international airport of Milas / Bodrum (taxi fare €40 from our house or shuttle bus from Torba Otogar). Our house is 10 min walk to our private compound beach where there is one cafe, but 10 min drive to Türkbükü and Gündoğan centers where there are more beaches, restaurants and cafes. Especially during low season (October to May), since bus shuttles are less, we would strongly suggest to rent a car from the airport (€30/day on web sites). We would request a cleaning fee of €100 per stay.

Türkbükü, Bodrum is the most premium resort in Turkey, you can swim from June to September/October. Our residence Hekimköy has 700 villas with all sport facilities (tennis, basketball, soccer, pingpong...) and two private beaches which is essential in Bodrum, especially in high season. Many yacht lovers come to Türkbükü, it is the most premium location, with hotels like Mandarin, MaxRoyal, Scorpios, and fish restaurants, clubs on the beach in Türkbükü or Gündoğan (10 min drive, €5-10 taxi or bus). You are 40 minutes drive away from Bodrum city (€20 taxi, bus), and 30 minutes from Yalıkavak Marina (€15 taxi, bus), but usually tourists prefer to visit the bays around Türkbükü. You may also consider renting a car from the Bodrum Milas airport via booking, or other sites, usually around €30/day. Our house is 10 min bus drive to Türkbükü and Gündoğan centers where there are cafes and restaurants, and 50 min bus drive to Bodrum city center. Bodrum ancient city is Halicarnasse with great antique cites and castle museum to visit.

We would kindly request a €100 cleaning fee when leaving, and there is a €10 fee per guest per 10 days, for the private beaches from September to June, and €100 per 10days per guest in high season (July-August). Location of the house:
