PLEASE READ BEFORE REACHING OUT WITH REQUEST - our Florida condo is only available for exchanges from May 1 - Oct 15th, we periodically open up the condo during the winter months when we are traveling which we will mark on calendar if available, these dates are almost always last minute... if not marked for any exchange on calendar, condo is not available...thanks!

Spacious one-bedroom with on-suite full-bath, living room with 75" flat-screen (with all the streaming apps), queen-size memory foam murphy bed, dining area, spacious eat-in open concept island bar and kitchen with all the amenities - stainless appliances & quartz countertops. This place has it all for a fantastic getaway & 20 min walk to the beautiful Pompano Beach pier, boardwalk, restaurants and bars!

You'll love enjoying breakfast, dinner, morning coffee or afternoon cocktail from spacious balcony overlooking the exciting waterway, watch the daily neighborhood boats cruise by as well as groups of manatees and dolphins. Enjoy spectacular sunsets from the west and the beautiful blues of the ocean within the panoramic view off the east side of the condo!
Our condo is located within the upscale resort property high rise of Waterford Point and includes all the amenities of the property with resort-style heated outdoor pool, state of the art fitness center. Again, our condo complex is a 20 min walk to the beach and boardwalk, set right off Federal Hwy featuring a huge variety of upscale shops and fantastic restaurants coffee shops, pharmacies, theater and a Publix supermarket and marina, etc...:-)
Port Everglades and Fort Lauderdale Airport is about a 20 minute drive or UBER ride. Miami and Miami Beach are about a 25-30 minute drive, wonderful Deerfield Beach with it's awesome beaches are about 20 minutes other direction.

Location, Location, Location. Again, our condo complex is about a 20 min walk to Pompano Beach Pier and boardwalk with a variety of great bars/restaurants and shops. Surrounded by numerous shops, coffee shops, restaurants,golf course, Pompano amphitheater, parks and more. Named the "Venice of America", we are surrounded by multiple intracoastal waterways and the property literally sits right on the waters edge. There is also a fantastic little ocean town called Lauderdale By The Sea, located just 3-4 miles to the south...

NOTE: We do have a $100 cleaning fee in some cases and if you have a vehicle, parking is available on-site at our designated parking spot. All doors and entryways and elevator are operated by a key fob, we are a few steps away from our laundry room and storage room where we keep everything beach :-)...coolers, umbrellas, beach chairs and boogie boards...
