Newly renovated! My home is a peaceful respite directly on the beach. A two story townhouse condo (2nd/3rd fl) in a small complex. Downstairs is the kitchen, dining, living area, and half bath, with a wrap around balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Upstairs is the primary bedroom with a queen bed and en suite bath with tub/shower; and a large secondary bedroom with two queen size beds. There is a twin air mattress if needed. There is a second full bath with shower upstairs as well. It is not handicap accessible.
There is a wide stretch of beach directly east of my condo unit. There is a fenced in pool about 150 ft walk in the middle of the complex and near the direct access to the beach. Relax with a cup of coffee on the balcony in the morning, enjoy the waves and water during the day, and walk the beach at night looking for nesting sea turtles and stargazing.

I live in Ormond Beach, Florida, directly north of Daytona Beach, Florida. It is a quite little beach town with convenient access to activities.
This area has many tourist attractions (beach, speedway, historical sites, golf and tennis). It is 1.25 hour drive from Walt Disney World, Universal Studios and other Orlando area attractions. It is also about 1.25 hr drive from the Kennedy Space Center visitor attraction. On a clear night, you can stand on the balcony and see rocket launches!
