My home is located in a private gated community nestled in a tropical forest full of animals, birds, and exotic vegetation. It is a short 200 meter walk to a semi-private beach (only owners and paying visitors can access) with warm water waves. The house is a beautiful 3 bedroom 3 bath beach house with a pool and outside shower. The kitchen is fully stocked to cook whatever you choose and the living room has 2 fold out sofa's and a 75" Smart TV. The pool deck has lounge furniture and a grill to barbeque with fans underneath the veranda. Private covered parking for 2 cars at the front entrance ensure dry entrance during the rainy season. All bedrooms have A/C and the kitchen/living room area have large fans. A utility room with a washer and dryer complete the package for a comfortable stay.

We live in a beautiful gated neighborhood nestled in the Tropical Jungle along the beach. Access is directly off the (Costanera), the highway that goes from Panama all the way up to Canada. Any car can access our property, which is important for the area due to most of the houses require a 4x4 to reach the houses built on the mountains on the other side of the Costanera. There are 5 houses in our neighborhood as of now including ours. We have 2 very nice neighbors from Canada and 2 houses that are rented out throughout the year. The whole neighborhood is nestled in a clearing from the Tropical forest and is surrounded by nature. Staying here will be a truly immersive experience into the nature of Costa Rica. Howler Monkeys, Toucans, Parrots, and many other types of animals are seen almost daily. We have seen Sloths, but they are more rare. They are there but hard to see cause they like to ball up and hide high in the trees!

Rainy season is from May to November. The typical weather is sunny and nice until 2pm. At 2pm the rain usually starts and moderates from light to steady rain showers with periods of heavy rain. The sun rises at 5:30am year round because of the proximity to the equator. This allows you to get up early and get your nature adventures in and then get back to the house and pool to relax to the harmonic sound of falling rain. The rain also brings cooler temperatures and makes the tropical forest a lush haven for all the beautiful birds and animals of Costa Rica.
There is a restaurant/bar walking distance down the beach (500 meters). And there are delivery services if you don't want to drive to nearby restaurants. A car is highly recommended for this house.
