The room has a low ceiling as it's a rooftop. It's a great place to sleep and work for a few days.

- Looking to the pedestrian street.
- Quiet during the morning and the weekdays.
- At night it gets busy and therefore noisy.
- Around 2pm it becomes quiet again, and the windows can be open
- One workstation with an external monitor and needed cables.
==SHARED SPACE==
**LIVING ROOM**
- Connected to the balcony and with a view of small gardens
- Quiet with the only noise of chickens and other animals living in the gardens
- The couch and TV for Netflix and chill nights.
- This is where I'm working from during the week. I usually have calls in the morning, but by 1pm, the number of calls reduces.
**KITCHEN**
- Connected with the living room with the possibility of closing the doors.
- Fully equipped for cooking and making delicious food.
- The coffee machine will grind and prepare coffee.
- The washing machine has a 15min program.
- Cleaning products are under the sink.
**BATHROOM**
- Small, but has everything a bathroom should have :)

We're located on the south bay of the Tagus River.
**LISBON**
The ferry to Lisbon is 6 minutes walk. The boat ride is another 8 min.
**OCEAN**
The buss 3011 and 3033 will take you directly to the beach of Costa de Caparica.
Alternatively, Bolt/Uber will cost less than 10e
**RESTAURANTS**
The pedestrian street is full of restaurants, with many good ones. These are my favorites:
- Cova Funda: a family business with traditional Portuguese food.
- Olga Gatti: homemade sourdough pizza and pasta.
- Mundi: Brazilian restaurant with great tapioca and smoothies.
- Petiscos at Boteco47 and Pikaki have a great selection of Portuguese tapas:
- Os Cunhados: a more economical but still tasty option. Order A grilled chicken and at home prepare a salad with some side dish- Casa das Artes: lovely atmoshere for a coffee and relaxing
**SUPERMARKET**

**BONUS**
Riverside Walk, which has a view of Lisbon, is lovely. There are always changing graffiti along the way and a bit of grass for a sunset. Taking the elevator up the hill will bring you to the old town of Almada, where you can enjoy good wine and sardines in Petisco da Lata Bistrô. You can also visit a museum of contemporary art (Casa da Cerca) and a fantastic garden with a view of Lisbon. The museum also has a cafeteria that will add to your experience.

The street is a pedestrian area with no access for cars.

The permanent residents of the flat are two lovely cats who will welcome you at the door every time you walk into the apartment (or not, if it's nap time). They enjoy sharing the space with humans, and they're not needy. They might offer some purring and cuddling or playing with their toys. Finally, for a more enjoyable environment, you'll want to clean their litter boxes (2min daily + 15 min weekly).

- Smoking is not allowed.
