On a quiet street, with lovely front and back gardens, our home is a stone’s throw from the shops, bars, restaurants and entertainment of Northcote's Westgarth. Connected to the city by tram stop (-5mins walk) and train ( the 86 route, 5mins walk), as well as beautiful nature trails which begin at the end of our street and cover many kms. You'll be in the city in 20 minutes by train or 35 by tram.
Open plan downstairs, the space is beautifully designed for family life with front and back decks for entertaining. We currently have two of the four bedrooms set up as home offices, a king sized bed in the master and two singles in the kids' bedroom. Option to make one of the offices a nursery. A granny annex at the end of the garden, has another queen size bed and is ideal for travelling with grandparents. Granny annex has its own living room, bedroom, bathroom and small kitchen.
We have a large, kid-friendly garden with big trampoline and cubby house as well as seating areas and firepit.

Our little pocket of Westgarth is leafy green and well connected to routes into the city, as well as to the Merri Creek trail, which is fab for walks, exploring and bike rides along 40+ km of parkland. We're close to a wonderful organic foodstore, coffee shops, an independent cinema and lots of restaurants, from wine bars to Sri Lankan feast.
