A spacious three floor house with high standard and modern equipment.
Top floor contains a kids room with a double bed and a lot of toys.
The middle floor contains one large main bedroom with a double bed. One kid bedroom with a single bed and desk. One normal kid room with a single bed, closet and desk. One toilet with a bathtub.
The bottom floor contains the kitchen with all the necessary modern equipment such as oven,dishwasher, refrigerator and microwave. This floor also have one toilet containing also the shower and laundry machine. The final room is the lounge room where there is a large sofa, stereo, 50" flat screen, dvd, playstation 3 and Nintendo wii. Lounge area also have the door out to the big terrace where a table with 6 chairs, a lounge set and the barbeque is.
The house like all the other in Sweden is well insulated and proper heating making it warm and cosy in the winter time.

Located in a very nice little community on the Almekärr plateau on the edge of the area thus facing the forest within 20 minutes walk to two beautiful lakes where in summer it is possible to swim, fish, windsurf, paddle canoe etc. In winter time you can hike, ski or ice-skate on them.
The forest just outside the house on one side is perfect for walking, mountain biking and catch a glimps of a deer or two and there is horse riding stables not far away.
Located in a safe area and the last bit is car free area, with three playgrounds lituarly outside the yard makes it perfect for a family with kids. But since it comes with garage or just 10 minutes’ walk down to the train-station that takes you in 17 minutes straight in to the big city of Gothenburg it is also suitable for working person/couple as well or anyone who want to have the best of both worlds with outdoor activity as well as the buzzing city life with shopping/clubs etc..
- Buzzy restaurants: There are plenty of restaurants in Gothenburg near by, with fantastic sea food, Sjömagasinet or Fiskekrogen are the top ones
- Bit of culture: Gothenburg is soon 400 years old with lots of history and a lot of happenings
- Walks in the park: There are many excellent forests to walk around in near the house and in the area
- Spot of exercise: The fabolous archipelago just outside of Gothenburg with lovely spots for swimming in the sea
- Day tripping: Liseberg - A must if you have kids with lots and lots of fun rides
