Light filled resort style retreat capturing ocean breezes with calm decor. 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 study and 3 lounge rooms over 2 stories with a beautiful 10 x 5 m heated pool and level lawn. This property is very private and on a quiet street - ideal for a perfectly relaxing holiday. It is in great location in Freshwater on Sydney's Northern Beaches.
The home has 5 bedrooms plus a study with ocean glimpses from the deck, study and bedroom 3.
The home has 3 lounge rooms - 1st with Smart TV and PS4, 2nd with Smart TV and 3rd with Kawai upright piano & stereo system for music and relaxation.
The kitchen has everything you will need including pressure/slow cooker, deep fryer and sandwich maker.
The downstairs parent retreat style bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and desk space with large glass door access to the backyard pool. There is a lounge room downstairs with large glass door access to the backyard lawn and pool and a full laundry with washing machine and dryer plus storage area for your suitcases. The garage also has plenty of storage space for your surfboards and other holiday equipment.
The outdoor area has a large 10x5 m heated pool and deck and is surrounded by large viburnum, frangipani and trees for total privacy and an undercover entertaining area with bench seating, swing chairs and shade. Next to the pool is a luscious level lawn playing area perfect for kids soccer and badminton. The front yard has a large springfree netted trampoline.

BEACHES
This home is located a short 10-15 minute walk from patrolled South Curl Curl beach and scrumptious South Curl Curl Cafe via the Batho Street stairs and a leisurely 20 minute walk (5 minute drive) from patrolled Freshwater Beach, restaurants, cafes and Freshwater Village Shops.
Famous Manly Beach is a 5-10 minute drive, or 15 minute bike ride (we have 4 adult bikes and several differing sized kids bikes) or 40 minute walk.
We love doing the coastal walk from South Curl Curl across the headland, along Freshwater Beach, across Queenscliff headland, along Manly Beach and then through to Shelly Beach via the Manly Scenic Walkway. You usually see water dragons along the way and can go for a snorkel at Shelly Beach or continue on to walk to the Quarantine Station and North Head.

Beautiful Warringah Golf Course is a 10 min walk away.
SHOPPING
Local shops (Cheries Pies & Bakery, Take Away Chips, Grocer, Butcher, Newsagent, Pharmacy, Liquor Store and Petrol Station) are a 2 minute walk away.
It is a 10-15 minute downhill walk to amazing Berkelo Bakery/Cafe and Westfield Warringah Mall Shopping Centre.
CAFES AND EATING OUT
Our favourite cafes are South Curl Curl Beach Cafe, Girdlers, Barrel One and the Boathouse at Shelly Beach Manly.
Some places we like to eat out are at Hugo's at Manly Wharf, Sunset Sabi Manly, Stowaway Bar Freshwater, St Alma, Baretto Pilu Freshwater, Harbord Hotel Freshwater and the Newport Hotel.
Buses, including direct to Manly Wharf (takes 10 minutes), to other northern beaches or to the Sydney CBD (takes 50 minutes) are a 2 minute walk to Harbord Road. You can also catch the BLine Bus from Westfield Warringah Mall tot he CBD which takes 35 minutes (this bus stop is a 10-15 minute downhill walk from our house).
We like to catch the ferry from Manly Wharf into the city - it takes 18 minutes and is a gorgeous way to see the harbour, Kirribilli House, the Opera House and many other Sydney sites.
Travel to and from the airport is best by taxi, uber or shuttle bus.
