t is a 90 sqm freshly renovated apartment with a large balcony and a beautiful and practical fitted kitchen.
The apartment itself consists of 3 bedrooms, a living room, a bathroom and a Toilett, a kitchen and a balcony. Celler and back Yard Garden is also included
The 1st room is furnished with a king-size bed (180*200cm), night desks and a large clothes closet for 2-3 people and a air purifier. The 2nd room is furnished with a standard bed (140*200cm), computer desks and chair, and a closet. The 3rd room is with a single bed (100*200cm), computer desk, gaming chair and a closet. All covers, bed sheets, pillows, pillow covers are also newly bought and included
In the corridor there is a shoe box and places to hang coats and jackets.
Kitchen: fitted kitchen with Siemens refrigerator,dishwasher, oven, air dryer, water cooker, microwave, crockery (plates, glasses, cutlery, pots, pans, etc.), dinnerware, coffee maker, dining table, four chairs, cupboards, knives set and 4 recycling bins. Cableless Vacuum cleaner and Mops are included as well.
Living room: very large (about 25 sqm) with 3-person sofa, couch table, pillows, blankets, living wall and 55 inch Samsung TV
The washing machine is in the toilet and the bathroom has a cabinet for Towels and so on. The heating machine and system in the apartment is well maintained
The first highlight of the apartment is that there is a small bar design with 2 bar chairs near the kitchen, which enables you to enjoy the meal or cocktail night with 2 atmosphere lights that are standing in the living room
The other good thing about this apartment is that it has a 10 square meter balcony.

To the A46 (direction Cologne/Düsseldorf ) one drives approx. 5 minutes.
