Hi I have a beautiful updated hi end condo in the heart of West Hollywood CA between Melrose Ave and Santa Monica Blvd. near La Cienega Blvd. My condo has newer kitchen, bath, windows, doors and more. It is a front brite condo with balcony overlooking one of the best tree lined streets in West Hollywood. I live in a gorgeous security building with pool, spa, gorses landscape ground and more. It is approx 2 blocks from trendy and hip restaurants, cafes, coffee shops, trendy stores and more! I have very fast internet. Fully furnished with everything and more you will need!

We provide an initial supply of items like toilet paper, soap and paper towels. Please be sure to include these items on your shopping list if you use more than we provide.
Only individuals on the reservation agreement are authorized to stay on the property.
No music outside and no noise outside after 10:00 pm.
-Trash shute is by the elevator to go to garage.
If lose Building key or Thob, their will be a fee of $75.
If lose unit 268 key, pool & gym key, mailbox key or garage door opener, their will be charge of $25.
