My place is a perfect get-away to the peace and quiet, when not in the festival zone (you may very well "attend" as the sound travels through the low lands of Osthrobothia!) and even during that joyous Finnish summer mood abound. I have a Finnish sauna, 2 BRM one-level row house with all necessary homely items for your convenience. There is a fireplace, a back yard with a roofed terrace, a small garden and a very peaceful neighborhood. You can walk into near-by forest in less than 5 minutes, and there is a medium size grocery store within a 10 minute walk. There are comfortable paved bike paths all around, so whether into street, forest, hill or even ice biking, it is quite perfect place for all the above! In the winter, the forest paths are made available to all, as FREE and lit cross country skiing paths.

My place is about 3 hrs on the train from the capital Helsinki toward Western coast of Finland. There is very beautiful, peaceful nature and a lively, a rarety, a growth-bound (since the 50s!) city of Seinäjoki to explore with countless music festivals in the summer season (most famously a tango festival for the ballroom fanatics as well as Provinssirock, one of the oldest youth festivals in the country returning in July 22), and many many activities to explore. I live right within hundreds of meters from a tiny ski hill, where there is fatbiking routes/downhill skiing with anchor lifts. It is perfectly a step up enroute further into the Lapland in the North of Finland if you are into exploring the full width (or length!) of this beautiful land. Seinäjoki (Seinä, a wall, + joki, a river), since a large river runs away from the North Sea (between Sweden and Finland)
