This apartment is rented permanently May to November in Winter each year so we can't do exchanges during this time. This is a beach apartment. Only 350 metres from Coogee beach, Sydney , Australia NSW.
1 Bedroom. full kitchen with all cooking facilities. Dishwasher.
The bedroom has 2 single beds that become a queen bed if you would like, and 2 single beds under these beds (these have legs and are proper beds, we put these in the lounge room).
There is a TV in the lounge room a great table on the balcony that looks out to the ocean. There is a washing machine and dryer. There is a bath and a shower over the bath please note this.
There is a lock up car space.
Lift access to the fourth floor. This is in a hotel building so the hallway to the apartment is well looked after.
You can pay to use the indoor swimming pool and small gym if you want from the hotel, this is a separate fee and you would have to arrange this.

Coogee is only a 20-30 min bus ride to Sydney or Bondi. There so much to do. There is a great ocean walking track from Coogee to Bondi. There is many restaurants/hotels in Coogee, just out the front door. You could eat out every night. The beach is only 350 metres down the road. Swim for breakfast, lunch and evening. There is a woolworths supermarket across the road. Loads of cafe's. You would not be unhappy with this location. Everything is at your door.

Crested Butte, Keystone, Park City, Heavenly, Northstar, and Kirkwood
