our house is located in a residential area in a quiet Provencal village just out on the hills of the famous fishing village Cassis.
Its a typical Provencal villa, build on two storey, the apartment is on the first floor (our main flat), the apartment on the ground floor is a holiday apartment and has holiday guests.
Our home is spacious (100²) and sunny - in the morning the sun wakes you up through the shatters on the east side, the south side has a balcony for sunny afternoons, the west side has a terasse and our main outdoor space is a 20m2 north side terasse allowing for cool evenings and great sunsets overlooking the village.
There is parking just in the quiet street in front of the house. There are plenty aromatic herbs as well as olive trees that give refreshing shade. The surroundings of the house resemble a botanic garden, with numerous palm trees, olive trees, lush bushes and fruit trees. Inside the appartment there are 3 bedrooms (one master bedroom with 160 double bed, 2 children bedrooms with bunk beds), a bathroom with separate toilet, an open counter kitchen and a big living room.

We're 10min away from the beach, but off the beaten tourist track, you won't feel and see the summer tourist rush in our village but you can benefit from being close to the beach (10min), the famous National parc "Calanques" (15min), Marseille, Aix en Provence and the wider provence area. We're ourselves big outdoor sports fans, you can go hiking, running or mountainbiking in the hills from our doorstep, watersports just minutes away, culture as much as you want in Marseille or Aix en Provence.
